2. REGION 473 SAFE HAVEN COURSE UPDATE TO COMPLETE CERTIFICATION
Steps toward registering as a volunteer and completing Safe Haven
Please use either IE or Mozilla Firefox; eayso does not work well with Safari
1. Complete volunteer registration at www.eayso.org (instructions below)
2. Complete the online Safe Haven course at www.aysotraining.org (instructions below)
3. Pre-register for Region 473 Safe Haven update course at www.eayso.org (instructions below)
4. Attend the Region 473 Safe Haven update course at the Old Stone House
Volunteer Registration
1. Go to www.eayso.org and click "I am new to AYSO and want to volunteer".
2. Select "I want to do my part as an AYSO volunteer".
3. Follow instructions to complete volunteer registration. This process is several pages long. You will be asked for SSN, drivers license or state ID, personal and professional references.
5. Complete the form, check the e-signature box, and print one copy of the form to bring, along with your photo ID, to your Division Coordinator or Safe Haven Instructor.
Online Safe Haven
1. Go to www.aysotraining.org and follow log-in instructions. You will need your AYSO ID# to log in.
2. Complete online Safe Haven.
3. Print a copy of your Safe Haven completion certificate and bring it to your Region 473 Safe Haven Update course.
Region 473 Safe Haven Update: pre-register and attend this course to complete your Safe Haven certification
1. After completing your volunteer registration, log in at www.eayso.org
2. Click on "Enroll to take a class"
3. For city, enter "Brooklyn"
4. Select the appropriate course and hit "Course signup" button.
5. Attend the course to complete your Safe Haven certification. IMPORTANT -- YOU MUST BRING: print-out of your online Safe Haven completion certificate, print-out of your volunteer registration form, photo ID, and a pencil or pen.

General Technical registration questions can be directed to support@brooklynayso.org. Division specific registration questions can be directed to the appropriate coordinator.
