Driving to Packer:
Parking: Street parking is in very short supply. The street on
Packer's side is not available for parking during weekdays. Parking
across the street is by meter. Public parking lots are located on
Livingston Street (between Court St. and Boerum Place) and at the
Morgan Stanley Building (Pierrepont Street and Cadman Plaza West).
From Manhattan: Take the Brooklyn Bridge, exit right on Cadman Plaza. At the first light, make a left and drive five blocks until you reach Joralemon Street. (Borough Hall will be on your left). Make a right onto Joralemon Street. Packer occupies the latter half of the left side of the block.
From Long Island: Follow the BQE (I-278) west to the Brooklyn Bridge exit. Exit left and follow Cadman Plaza West for 5 traffic lights until you reach Joralemon Street. (Borough Hall will be on your left). Make a right onto Joralemon Street. Packer occupies the latter half of the left side of the block.
From the south: Follow the BQE (I-278) east and exit at Atlantic Avenue. Turn right at Atlantic, go three blocks east on Atlantic Avenue and turn left on Clinton Street. Follow Clinton Street four blocks until you pass Joralemon Street. Because Joralemon is one-way you will need to proceed one more block to Remsen Street, make a right, another right at Court Stret, and another right at Joralemon in order to enter Joralemon Street from the east.
